The Arth Buildcon was founded in 1991 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Since the group has grown dramatically in both size and reputation, we entered the wider market from Our venture “Arjun Tower” at C. P. NAGAR was the first gated community residential project in Ahmedabad of 280 flats with amenities like Clubhouse, Jogging track, Children’s Park, Cricket Court, etc in 1992. Now similar projects are in pipeline in the heart of Gujarat.
We have a broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Industrial, Hospitals, Hotels, and Commercial. We have built our reputation on our client focus and hands-on approach.
